Join the Marden Fruit Show Society

Become part of the organisation behind the National Fruit Show and help support the future of British fruit growing.

The Marden Fruit Show Society is a registered charity that organises the National Fruit Show and its renowned commercial fruit competition. The Society also facilitates a national education programme, helping children and young people understand how British fruit is grown and where their food comes from.

By becoming a member, you will help the Society continue these important activities while gaining a closer connection to its work and the wider fruit-growing community.

As a member of the Marden Fruit Show Society, each year you will receive:

What is the Marden Fruit Show Society?
The Marden Fruit Show Society is the registered charity (1168291) that organises the National Fruit Show and its commercial fruit competition. It also facilitates a national education programme that helps children and young people learn about British fruit growing.
Membership gives you a closer connection to the Society and an opportunity to help shape its future. Your membership also supports the National Fruit Show, the commercial fruit competition and the Society’s education programme.

Each year, members receive:

  • An invitation to a members-only social event
  • An invitation to the Annual General Meeting
  • The opportunity to vote
  • Two exclusive member newsletters
  • Their name or company listed on the members’ page of the National Fruit Show Handbook

Four annual membership options are available:

  • Individual membership: £25 + VAT
  • Joint membership: £40 + VAT
  • Family membership: £65 + VAT for up to four members of the same household
  • Company or Trade Associate membership: £100 + VAT
Yes. Company or Trade Associate membership is available for businesses and industry organisations that would like to support the Society and become more involved in its work.
Choose the appropriate membership option, complete the online application and make your payment online. Your membership will become active once the application and payment have been completed.
Membership is annual and runs for one year at a time.
Yes. Membership purchased online will renew automatically each year, allowing your membership benefits and support for the Society to continue without interruption.
Yes. All membership prices are stated excluding VAT. VAT will be added when you complete your payment.
Members are listed on the dedicated members’ page of the National Fruit Show Handbook. Please ensure the name you would like published is entered correctly when completing your application.
