National Fruit Show

How to exhibit at the National Fruit Show

The National Fruit Show welcomes businesses and organisations providing products, services, machinery, technology, research and practical solutions for the commercial fruit industry. Exhibiting gives companies, advisors, charities and start-ups an opportunity to meet growers, suppliers, and key industry decision-makers across the British fruit sector.

Exhibitors can choose from a shell scheme stand or open exhibition space. Shell scheme stands include carpet, wall panels and a fascia displaying your company name and stand number. Open spaces include carpet and are suitable for larger displays, machinery and equipment. Electricity, lighting, furniture and stand-design services can be booked separately, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the exhibition hall.

To book, please select your preferred stand size and complete the Exhibitor Information Pack. Return the form, together with the required insurance and risk-assessment information, to Eileen via email:  info@nationalfruitshow.org.uk.

If you are unsure which stand position would be best for your company, or if you’re looking to move to a different position or change the size of your stand, please email your requests, and we will be in touch with some options.

Stands are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so early booking is recommended.
